Work books, Visual diaries and Journals
The following examples of pages from Work books, Visual Diaries and Journals were produced by senior art students, some of them my own (see images below this text).
They show different approaches that have been taken to keeping these records. Futher examples will be added regularly.

On that site the reasons for maintaining these forms of documentation, and different ways of managing them, are clearly outlined.
