Madrid: Cascading Fountain

These photographs were taken by Max Darby in July 2011.



The transparent cascades of water from this fountain in the centre of Madrid provided enormous interest.


Such topics would provide challenging topics for students to draw, paint or to make prints about.

Variations of grey, black, white, silver and hints of reflected colour would allow an accurate representation of the flowing and splashing water. 

The photographs also provide ideas for other budding photographers.
