Drawings on Wooden Panels

These drawings were made by senior Korean student Crystal under the guidance of art teacher Glenda Sutardy

Crystal, a Korean girl living and studying in Indonesia, tried painting her images but preferred drawing and settled on using pencils on wooden panels. The portraits are primarily of herself. The major theme is about her personal journey of growing up, losing her identity as a child and coming to terms with needing to leave home.
