Coming Storm: Sorrento

These photographs were taken by Max Darby in July 2013


Crossing on the car ferry from Queenscliff to Sorrento near Melbourne the approaching storm made the late afternoon light diminish enormously.  Day quickly became night as the heavens dumped its load of rain onto the sea and land. Most colour was bled from the landscape.
