Skies – Beaumaris

This file was photographed by Max Darby opposite his home at Christmas 2011.

The photographs in this gallery were taken looking across Victoria Golf Club at sunset on Christmas Day 2011 following an enormous storm.
They can be used as the basis for a series of artworks using coloured pencils or watercolour, acrylic or oil paintings. They could also inspire students to make their own photographic studies of skies. Comparisons of skies interpreted by artists can be made as a research component of such studies.

The images may take a minute to fully download.
